I am coming over to Swords,Dublin for a couple of yrs stay.what kind of dress and accessories should i buy?

If your coming for years and you plan on buying clothes and accessories then why don't you just go there and find out so you can buy them there? Aren't you concerned about styles and fashions there?
When you're there in the spring the shops will be filled with appropriate summer clothes to purchase, in the summer they'll be filled with fall items, etc. etc. etc....
Right now the only thing that's come down a bit in price is the clothing so it's worth the wait until you get there! The general cost of living for everything else remains the same unless you're looking to buy a house.
I can't imagine what it will cost to get a complete wardrobe (even if it's only a few suitcases) on a plane these days although I have no idea where you're "coming over" from....cheaper to buy your clothes from Dunnes when you're there.

Bring lots of warm clothes as the seasons never change, it's cold all the time..yes even in the middle of summer, you will need your thermals..
